Application Notes

Surface preparation: Remove all oil, grease, dirt, and loose rust. Abrasive blast to Sa 2½ (ISO 8501-1) for best results, or power tool clean to St 3 minimum. Apply on dry surface with substrate temperature at least 3°C above dew point.

Mixing: Stir component A thoroughly, then add component B (if applicable) in the correct ratio. Mix with mechanical stirrer for 3 minutes until uniform. Pot life varies by product, typically 2 hours at 25°C.

Application: Airless spray is recommended for best results. Brush or roller suitable for small areas and touch-up. Apply in even, wet coats to specified DFT. Do not exceed recommended film thickness to avoid sa
