Water-based degreaser（XGE-820）

Product Overview

This is a degreaser for galvanized parts. It is synthesized by using a waterborne metal ion chelating agent, a surfactant, a penetrating agent, water and other raw materials. The main function is to remove the oil stain and dust on the surface of the galvanized substrate, and provide good adhesion of the coating on the galvanized layer.

Typical Application

It can be applied to remove rust and grease on the surface of steel structure, galvanized parts and other metal materials, and to remove rust and scale in boilers and pipes.  It can also be used as high-grade degreasing and descaling agent for kitchen and toilets.

Color

Transparent liquid.

Surface Treatment

Before spraying, use a dense and hard wire brush to remove the heavy oil, mud and alkaline debris on the surface of steel workpieces. For severely rusted parts, use a hammer or steel shovel to remove them.

Engineering Method

Stir evenly the paint after unpackaging. The applying method can be spaying or brush. It is usually better to spay or brush the layers twice (the second pass after the first layer is dried). Apply more vigorously back and forth on heavily rusted parts.

Diluent And Amount

Diluent is water, and the amount is 10%.

Packaging

Tin bucket, volume is 4.5L.

This product is environment-friendly, hazard-free, non-inflammable, non-explosive, no potential safety hazard.

Wash with clean water in the case of any touch with clothes or eyes.

Expiration Date

 12 months after being sold out of the factory.
